We would like to apologize for not posting our tribute to Stormie until today, but Mommy has been having a hard time dealing with the recent losses we've had in the cat blogosphere world. She just wasn't able to write a post for dear little Stormie yesterday and wanted to wait until today, when she felt better.
Darling little Stormie, you certainly did win, sweetheart. We know you are enjoying the bright sunshine and lush green fields at the Rainbow Bridge. Until you and your wonderful family meet again, we know you will watch over them and be their guardian angel.
Mommy also wanted to post a bit about the passing yesterday of Tim Russert from NBC News. What a shock and sad loss for his family, coworkers, and the country as a whole. Mr. Russert seemed like such a nice man - devoted to his faith, family, and his profession. Godspeed, Mr. Russert. The angels have added a new member to their ranks.
We hope all of our friends in the cat blogosphere are doing well on this Saturday. (((HUGS))) to all of you. You are all very special and we are very fortunate to be a part of this great community!

We were very, very sad yesterday, too. We feel a little bit better today, and I know Stormie would want us to be happy.

It is always sad when kitties and beans go before their time. I think you and your Mom need a big hug :)

It has been very sad, but only because we loved them so much. Mom was also very sad about Tim Russert, he's been her favorite journalist for a long time.
That was a sweet post.
It has been really hard dealing with Stormie passing. Her poor family is in my thoughts and prayers too. You wrote a very sweet tribute.
Sending Gentle Hugs to You,
Lorianna
